Mitra Bali Sukses is a rapidly growing retail leader, and we are currently looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Supervisor Outlet to join our team in Batam. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our service quality and operational standards, ensuring that every customer touchpoint reflects our brand's commitment to excellence.

As our QA Supervisor, you will lead the implementation of quality assurance protocols across our retail outlets, mentoring staff, and analyzing operational data to drive continuous improvement. If you are a proactive leader with a passion for process optimization and customer satisfaction, we invite you to help us elevate our retail operations to the next level.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for daily outlet operations.
  • Conduct regular quality audits across all retail locations to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Analyze customer feedback and operational reports to identify trends and areas for service improvement.
  • Provide on-the-floor coaching and training to store staff regarding service excellence and product handling.
  • Monitor inventory management practices to minimize shrinkage and ensure stock accuracy.
  • Prepare comprehensive quality performance reports for senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to resolve service-related complaints effectively and timely.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail operations or quality assurance supervisory roles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to mentor and lead diverse teams.
  • Proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail and a passion for customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software systems.
  • Willingness to travel between various outlet locations within the Batam area as required.
