We are seeking a dedicated QA System In-Charge to join the team at Seachamp International Export Corporation. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of our Quality Assurance (QA) programs. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that all manufacturing and logistics processes strictly adhere to local and international regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to standardize procedures and ensure compliance with ISO standards and other industry benchmarks. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Assurance system and processes.
- Conduct regular internal audits and quality inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for operational improvement.
- Manage and resolve non-conformance reports (NCRs) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant industry regulations.
- Train and mentor production and logistics staff on QA protocols, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, specifically within the Manufacturing or Transport & Logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience in conducting internal audits and managing non-conformance reports.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting and training purposes.
- Familiarity with QA software and data analysis tools.
