Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the Quality Assurance team in the manufacturing facility, overseeing daily operations and performance metrics.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, HACCP protocols, and regulatory requirements set by the FDA and local authorities.
- Conduct regular internal audits and inspections of production lines to identify potential risks or deviations from standards.
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and drive root cause analysis to implement effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
- Train and mentor junior QA staff to enhance their technical skills and compliance knowledge.
- Monitor supplier quality standards to ensure raw materials meet company specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and local food safety regulations.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and laboratory testing equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting to management and regulatory bodies.
