Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers in executing comprehensive testing strategies
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright frameworks
- Oversee the entire testing process, from test planning through execution and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues efficiently
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in automation testing and QA methodologies
- Provide regular reports on testing progress, defects, and quality metrics to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in leadership roles
- Expert knowledge of Selenium and Playwright automation frameworks
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members
