Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform comprehensive installation and configuration of computer hardware, peripherals, and operating systems.
  • Conduct routine quality assurance (QA) testing on software updates to identify bugs, glitches, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to internal teams and external clients via various communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and network connectivity issues to ensure minimal downtime for end-users.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, QA test results, and technical support tickets.
  • Collaborate with the development team to communicate software defects and verify fixes.
  • Assist in the deployment and onsite setup of POS systems for new corporate clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven knowledge of computer hardware components and assembly.
  • Strong proficiency in installing and navigating various Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and router configuration).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
