- Program, operate, and maintain Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) equipment for precise dimensional measurements
- Perform comprehensive quality inspections on manufactured components to ensure compliance with specifications
- Analyze measurement data and prepare detailed quality reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Develop and implement effective quality control processes and procedures
- Calibrate and maintain quality inspection equipment to ensure accuracy
- Document quality control activities and maintain accurate records
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in measurement programming and operation of CMM equipment
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
