Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine and non-routine quality inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Operate and calibrate testing equipment and machinery accurately to collect reliable data.
- Document inspection results, maintain detailed logs, and report any defects or non-conformities to the Quality Assurance Manager immediately.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company quality management systems at all times.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of quality control processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis for quality deviations to prevent recurrence and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and ensure seamless production workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a QA or quality control role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, inspection techniques, and SPC (Statistical Process Control).
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and standard operating procedures.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
