Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough quality inspections on manufactured products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Identify, document, and report quality issues or non-conformities using established quality management systems
- Perform statistical analysis of quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards
- Train production staff on quality requirements and best practices
- Stay updated on industry quality standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and equipment
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Basic knowledge of statistical quality control methods
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
