Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of test results, non-conformance reports, and quality metrics.
- Identify, investigate, and document any deviations or defects in the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all equipment used for testing is properly calibrated and maintained in optimal working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ISO quality management system requirements at all times.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a QA or Quality Control role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, statistical process control (SPC), and inspection techniques.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools, measurement devices, and quality management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours and meet tight production deadlines.
