Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough quality inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Document quality control results and maintain accurate records of inspection activities
- Identify and report quality issues or non-conformities to the appropriate personnel
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of quality issues
- Operate and maintain quality control equipment and testing instruments
- Participate in the development and improvement of quality control procedures and standards
- Analyze quality data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality control or a similar role
- Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using quality control equipment and software
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
