Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive test plans for banking applications including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and resolve technical issues
- Perform automated and manual testing to ensure compliance with banking security standards
- Develop detailed test cases and scenarios covering complex financial transactions
- Conduct usability testing to optimize customer experience in banking interfaces
- Generate clear test reports and metrics for stakeholders
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to align testing with development cycles
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA testing, preferably within banking or fintech
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, JMeter, or similar)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards
- Experience with defect tracking systems (Jira, Bugzilla)
- Knowledge of SQL for database testing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a contract environment
