Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and roadmaps tailored for enterprise insurance applications.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of QA analysts and testers to deliver high-quality releases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to ensure testing requirements align with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Oversee end-to-end testing lifecycles, including unit, integration, system, user acceptance (UAT), and regression testing.
- Implement and advocate for automation frameworks to reduce manual intervention and accelerate time-to-market.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on production defects and implement preventative measures.
- Manage testing budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to ensure optimal project delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least 3 years in a managerial or team-lead capacity.
- Deep domain knowledge of the Insurance Industry (Life, Health, or General Insurance processes).
- Proven expertise in both Manual and Automated testing methodologies using tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC, with hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL, API testing tools (e.g., Postman), and cloud-based testing environments.
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or PMP are highly preferred.
