Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of products according to established quality control protocols.
- Assist in the identification, documentation, and reporting of product defects or non-conformities.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality output.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of all testing activities and results.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Ensure that all testing equipment is calibrated and maintained in proper working condition.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, testing, or quality control role is a plus but not mandatory (Training provided).
- A keen eye for detail and strong observational skills.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and documentation accurately.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills for reporting and logging data.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
