Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols across manufacturing processes
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Document quality control findings and prepare detailed compliance reports
- Investigate product non-conformities and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards and regulatory requirements
- Train production staff on quality procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with R&D to develop improved quality testing methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of quality assurance experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
