Are you passionate about food safety and manufacturing excellence? NBC Food Industries Sdn Bhd is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QAQC Assistant to join our dedicated team in Sungai Petani. In this role, you will be the backbone of our quality operations, ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest safety and quality standards.
As a QAQC Assistant, you will play a critical role in maintaining our compliance protocols, monitoring production lines, and documenting quality metrics. We are looking for an individual who is methodical, observant, and committed to upholding the reputation of our brand through rigorous quality control processes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and inspect production lines to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Perform regular sampling and laboratory testing of raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control documentation and inspection logs.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HACCP, GMP, and ISO quality systems.
- Conduct equipment calibration checks and report any technical anomalies to the supervisor.
- Support the QAQC team during internal and external food safety audits.
- Identify, document, and escalate any non-conformance issues immediately to ensure corrective actions are taken.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Food Technology, Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, HALAL).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive testing tasks with high precision.
- Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to work on shifts if required by production scheduling.
