Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update quality control documentation, inspection reports, and compliance records
- Conduct in-process and final product inspections according to quality specifications
- Assist in implementing and auditing ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Prepare monthly quality performance reports for management review
- Monitor supplier quality and conduct incoming material inspections
- Train production staff on quality standards and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in quality control tools and statistical methods
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and quality management software
