Join Gold Mantis (International) Construction Decoration Limited as a QAQC Engineer specializing in Interior Design and Hotel Fit-Out projects. In this critical role, you will implement comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems to ensure all construction activities meet stringent standards. You'll conduct thorough inspections, verify compliance with specifications, and maintain meticulous documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement QA/QC systems and procedures for interior design and hotel fit-out projects
- Conduct regular site inspections and material testing to ensure compliance with specifications
- Verify construction quality against design drawings, technical standards, and safety protocols
- Maintain comprehensive quality documentation including inspection reports and compliance records
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Monitor supplier performance and material quality control processes
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design
- Minimum 3 years of QAQC experience in construction or hospitality fit-out projects
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and construction specifications
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in quality documentation software and reporting tools
