Global Rail is looking for a detail-oriented QAQC Engineer to join our growing team in Kuching, Sarawak. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections and audits on rail components, tracks, and related infrastructure to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) and visual inspections to identify defects, material inconsistencies, or deviations from engineering codes.
- Review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation of quality control measures during the production and installation phases.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inspection logs, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and quality documentation for internal and external audits.
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO quality management systems, local engineering regulations, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff regarding quality standards and inspection procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a QA/QC role within the railway, manufacturing, or construction industry.
- Strong working knowledge of engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance methodologies.
- Proficient in using various measuring instruments, testing equipment, and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Valid Engineerās license is an advantage.
- Must be a Sarawakian citizen (as per company policy).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to document findings clearly and concisely.
