China Construction Yangtze River (Malaysia) is seeking highly skilled and motivated professionals to join our expanding construction project teams across Malaysia. As we undertake large-scale infrastructure and building developments, we are looking for experienced QAQC Engineers, Site Engineers, and Land Surveyors to ensure the highest standards of precision, safety, and quality are met.
You will play a critical role in project execution, overseeing technical compliance, managing onsite engineering challenges, and ensuring all structural measurements meet international standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and enforce strict QA/QC procedures to ensure all construction works comply with project specifications and building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections and document discrepancies, proposing immediate corrective actions.
- Execute precise land surveying activities using total stations, GPS, and other advanced surveying equipment.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and site supervisors to track work progress against the master construction schedule.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, survey data analysis, and quality documentation for stakeholders.
- Manage the interpretation of architectural and structural drawings to provide technical guidance onsite.
- Ensure that all onsite activities adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related construction field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant working experience in a construction site environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and surveying software.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction standards and local building regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
- Willingness to be deployed to project sites across KL, Johor, or Kedah.
