In this pivotal role, you will oversee quality control and assurance processes on-site, ensuring that every project meets stringent industry standards and client specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site inspections to verify workmanship, materials, and installation quality.
- Review project drawings and specifications to ensure full compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive quality assurance reports and non-conformance reports (NCR).
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and vendors to address and rectify quality issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all QAQC activities and test results.
- Assist in the preparation of punch lists for final project completion and handover.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in QAQC within the construction or architectural sector.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in using quality control software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid RTM or relevant professional certification is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
