Join SimoSynergy Sdn Bhd as a QAQC Executive (Switchgear) and play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence in electrical manufacturing. This position offers the opportunity to oversee comprehensive inspection, testing, and quality control activities for electrical switchgear and distribution panels. You will be instrumental in maintaining stringent technical standards and ISO compliance across all production processes. Your expertise will directly contribute to product reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction by identifying and mitigating quality risks before products reach the market. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous inspections and testing of electrical switchgear and distribution panels to ensure compliance with technical specifications and ISO standards
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation systems
- Perform root cause analysis of quality deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and optimize manufacturing processes
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards throughout production
- Monitor supplier quality and conduct supplier audits as required
- Train and mentor staff on quality control protocols and best practices
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports for management review and regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC within electrical manufacturing or switchgear industry
- Proficiency in ISO 9001 quality management systems and compliance auditing
- Strong knowledge of electrical testing methods, standards (IEC, IEEE), and safety protocols
- Experience with quality control tools such as FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis techniques
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Certifications in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA) are highly desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software
