Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine quality inspections and testing of raw materials and finished products
- Implement and maintain Halal compliance protocols throughout the production lifecycle
- Prepare detailed QA/QC reports and maintain certification documentation
- Investigate product non-conformities and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure Halal certification of inputs
- Train staff on quality standards and Halal procedures
- Stay updated on evolving Halal regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in QA/QC or Halal compliance
- Strong knowledge of MSISO 22000 and Halal certification requirements
- Proficiency in quality control tools and documentation systems
- Certification in Halal auditing or food safety management preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
