KOM Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QAQC Inspector to join our dynamic team in Simpang Renggam, Johor. As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety across our projects in the mining and resources sector. We pride ourselves on delivering excellence, and your expertise will be essential in maintaining our rigorous quality assurance protocols. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections, testing materials, and verifying compliance with technical specifications and regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and quality control tests on materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Identify, document, and report defects or deviations from specifications to the relevant engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inspection activities, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Ensure all operations adhere to local safety regulations, company policies, and ISO quality management standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Utilize inspection tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to measure physical dimensions and properties.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in QAQC or quality control within the construction, mining, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, specifically ISO 9001 standards, is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using computer software for data entry and reporting, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Valid safety certificate (e.g., SSM, OSHA) and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
