HR Jack Consultant is seeking a dedicated QAQC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control operations for engineering projects in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role offers a competitive salary package of RM 8,500 to RM 10,000 per month.
As the QAQC Manager, you will analyze workflows to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. You will develop and maintain QAQC plans, conduct regular inspections and audits, and manage non-conformance reports to drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background, proven experience in quality management systems, and deep knowledge of industry regulations. You will collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive QAQC policies, procedures, and standards for engineering projects
- Analyze workflows and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiency
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and lead corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to address quality issues and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare and maintain accurate quality documentation, including inspection records and audit reports
- Lead internal and external quality audits and support certification processes (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control management within the engineering or construction sector
- Professional certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer) is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, ASTM, ASME)
- Demonstrated experience in workflow analysis and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite
