We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QAQC Manager to lead quality assurance and control initiatives for our major Data Center project in Port Dickson. In this critical role, you will oversee the entire quality management process, ensuring that all construction activities, materials, and operational standards strictly adhere to client specifications and international benchmarks. You will be responsible for summarizing and categorizing complex inspection data to support supervision, analysis, and the generation of outcome reports aimed at continuous improvement.
As the QAQC Manager, you will serve as the guardian of project quality, leading a team of inspectors and collaborating closely with engineering and project management teams. Your expertise will be pivotal in mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering a facility that meets the highest industry standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, manage, and mentor the QAQC team, ensuring high standards of performance and professional development.
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans, procedures, and inspection checklists tailored to Data Center infrastructure.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and reviews to verify compliance with blueprints, technical specifications, and safety protocols.
- Analyze quality inspection statistics and trends to identify root causes of defects and implement effective corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports, including non-conformance reports (NCRs) and outcome reports for management review.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure materials and workmanship meet rigorous quality requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO standards, local regulations, and industry-specific codes (e.g., TIA, Uptime Tier Standards).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical) or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in QAQC management, with specific experience in Data Center or high-value construction projects.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and relevant data center standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and quality management software for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Valid professional certification (e.g., PMP, RACI, or relevant engineering license) is a strong advantage.
