Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily inspections on raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze quality data and prepare detailed reports, including trends and corrective action plans for management review.
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO quality management systems and company safety protocols.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of defects and implement effective solutions.
- Perform internal quality audits and assist in customer complaint investigations.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in QAQC roles within the metal, construction, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Familiarity with quality control tools such as CMM, calipers, micrometers, and inspection software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
