Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and conduct quality inspections for structural, mechanical, and electrical components of the data centre project.
- Review project specifications and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with quality acceptance criteria.
- Manage the documentation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and ensure all site records are updated accurately.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors to address non-conformity issues and drive corrective/preventive actions.
- Perform field verification of completed works against approved blueprints and safety standards.
- Coordinate with third-party inspectors for final certification and project handover processes.
- Prepare regular quality status reports for the Project Manager and client stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the construction industry.
- Previous experience in high-spec projects such as data centres or industrial plants is highly preferred.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of ISO quality management systems and local construction building codes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced construction environment.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
