Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine quality control inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety requirements, HACCP, ISO, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor production lines to detect any quality deviations or non-conformities in real-time.
- Document test results, quality reports, and corrective action plans accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and best practices.
- Investigate root causes of quality issues and recommend effective corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
- Train and assist production staff on quality standards, documentation procedures, and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within the manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of food safety regulations, GMP, HACCP, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings and conducting training sessions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing production priorities.
