Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Perform laboratory tests to verify product specifications and compliance standards
- Maintain accurate quality control documentation and inspection records
- Implement HACCP protocols and food safety procedures
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality deviations promptly
- Calibrate and maintain quality control equipment and instruments
- Participate in internal audits and corrective action processes
- Report quality trends and recommend process improvements
Kualifikasi
- SPM or Diploma in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related science field
- Minimum 1 year experience in food manufacturing quality control
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
- Basic knowledge of quality testing methodologies and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Proficient in basic computer applications for documentation
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
