As a QC Assistant, you will be the frontline of our quality assurance efforts. You will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, documenting findings, and ensuring that our production processes remain compliant with safety and quality protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic physical and quality inspections on raw materials and finished cake products.
- Record inspection results accurately in daily logs and digital monitoring systems.
- Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and hygiene standards.
- Identify and report any product defects or deviations from quality benchmarks to the QC Supervisor.
- Assist in the collection and preparation of samples for laboratory testing.
- Support the team in conducting internal audits and maintaining compliance with food safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inspection workspace at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Prior experience in a Quality Control or Food Manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in products.
- Basic proficiency in reading and writing in English and Malay.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a larger production team.
- Must be comfortable working in a food manufacturing facility environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and available for immediate hiring.
- Basic computer literacy for recording inspection data.
