Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform daily audits on production lines to detect deviations and defects.
- Document quality control findings, test results, and inspection logs accurately.
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all laboratory equipment and measuring tools are calibrated and in good working order.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of quality reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational/Technical training in Quality Control or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, blueprints, or quality guidelines.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) for reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must be willing to work on-site within the Calabarzon/Mimaropa area.
