We are seeking a meticulous professional to ensure our jewellery products meet the highest industry standards while maintaining a healthy work-life balance with a 5-day work week and no overtime requirements.
In this role, you will conduct rigorous quality inspections across various production stages, from raw materials to finished pieces. Your expertise will safeguard our reputation for superior jewellery by identifying and documenting defects, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining detailed quality control records. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure compliance with safety protocols, all within a supportive manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed quality inspections of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished jewellery products
- Document quality control findings using standardized reporting systems
- Identify product defects and recommend corrective actions to production teams
- Operate and maintain quality control equipment and measurement tools
- Adhere to safety protocols and hygiene standards in manufacturing areas
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in quality control or manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail with observational inspection skills
- Basic knowledge of jewellery materials and production processes
- Proficiency in using measurement tools and quality control equipment
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records
- Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
