- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Inspect products, materials, and components to verify quality specifications and adherence to requirements
- Review and analyze documentation, including quality control records, procedures, and specifications
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions to address quality issues
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with detailed findings, observations, and recommendations
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of audit activities and follow up on corrective actions
- Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality assurance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in quality control or auditing in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO 9001
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software
- Certification in quality auditing or quality management is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
