Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks on manufactured products according to established standards and specifications
- Perform various tests to ensure products meet quality requirements and functional specifications
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality control records
- Identify and report any defects or non-conformities in products
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Use specialized testing equipment and tools to verify product quality
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in quality control, engineering, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in quality control, inspection, or testing roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail with excellent observational skills
- Familiarity with quality control standards and testing procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints
- Good communication skills to document findings and collaborate with team members
- Basic computer skills for maintaining quality control records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
