Tanggung Jawab
- Perform visual and mechanical inspections of healthcare products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Report any product defects or irregularities to the Production Supervisor immediately.
- Document inspection results accurately in logbooks and digital systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the production area.
- Collaborate with assembly line teams to ensure smooth production flow and error reduction.
- Participate in periodic inventory and quality control audits.
- Follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality control role is an advantage, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify minute product flaws.
- Ability to perform shift work and handle overtime (OT) as required by production schedules.
- Good team player with a positive attitude towards learning new processes.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods if necessary.
- Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment in the Tuas region.
