In this vital role, you'll perform precise dimensional measurements on plastic injection-molded parts using advanced metrology tools. Your expertise will ensure products meet stringent quality standards while identifying potential manufacturing deviations before they impact production. You'll prepare detailed inspection reports, document findings, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise dimensional measurements of plastic injection parts using calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment
- Verify parts against technical drawings and specification documents
- Document inspection results with detailed reports and quality control records
- Identify and communicate dimensional deviations to production supervisors
- Calibrate and maintain measurement equipment according to schedule
- Assist in root cause analysis for quality-related issues
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in related field
- 1+ years experience in dimensional inspection or quality control
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy for report generation
- Knowledge of ISO quality standards preferred
