Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections and testing of electrical components, systems, and installations
- Develop and implement robust quality control procedures and documentation standards
- Analyze test results to identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve product reliability
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC, IEEE) and regulatory requirements
- Perform root cause analysis of electrical failures and implement preventive measures
- Train and mentor junior engineers on quality control protocols and safety practices
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in electrical quality assurance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control for electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of electrical testing methods, instrumentation, and diagnostic tools
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities and collaborative mindset
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CQE, PE) preferred
