We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Engineer to join the engineering team at Amplus Communication Pte Ltd. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with Process and Engineering teams to define and implement stringent quality requirements for our products. You will be responsible for documenting precise inspection criteria and maintaining comprehensive quality plans to ensure excellence in manufacturing. We are looking for a professional who can collaborate effectively with QA and Process teams to monitor quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
This is a full-time opportunity in Singapore where you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet international standards and client expectations. You will analyze quality data, identify potential defects early in the process, and implement corrective actions to optimize production workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with Process and Engineering teams to define specific QC requirements for production lines.
- Document and maintain detailed inspection criteria and comprehensive quality plans.
- Work alongside QA and Process teams to monitor production quality and identify deviations from standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal policies.
- Analyze quality data and trends to implement effective corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Train production staff on quality standards, inspection procedures, and safety protocols.
- Report quality metrics and performance to management and stakeholders on a regular basis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing preferred).
- Proven experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within the manufacturing or telecommunications sector.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems and relevant industry standards.
- Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and inspection techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional engineering team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and quality management software.
