Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough quality control inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and final products to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Identify, document, and communicate non-conformities using Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to drive corrective actions.
- Operate and calibrate precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product dimensions.
- Analyze quality data and trends to provide actionable insights for process improvement and efficiency.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate quality records and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within the metal fabrication or manufacturing sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems and auditing procedures.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
