Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections on raw materials and finished cable products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control (QC) procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Analyze production data and test results to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for process improvement.
- Monitor and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of quality measurements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and engineering, to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation regarding quality metrics, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and audit results.
- Train production staff on quality standards, safety protocols, and best practices for defect prevention.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within the manufacturing or cable industry.
- Familiarity with cable manufacturing processes, testing equipment, and quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF).
- Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys).
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Valid Malaysian driving license and willingness to travel within the factory premises.
