Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the QC team to ensure consistent quality standards across all production processes
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control protocols and inspection procedures
- Conduct rigorous product inspections and testing to verify compliance with specifications
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry regulations
- Train team members on quality methodologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control or engineering roles
- Proven team leadership experience in manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Proficiency in quality testing equipment and inspection techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset
- Strong communication abilities and cross-functional collaboration experience
