Ega Tekelindo Prima is currently seeking a meticulous and highly skilled QC Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical) to join our expanding quality assurance team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our quality excellence, ensuring that all incoming materials and finished goods meet our rigorous engineering standards. You will play a vital role in identifying process improvements, reducing non-conformity rates, and upholding the reputation of our brand for technical precision.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end quality control processes for both incoming raw materials and finished products.
- Perform comprehensive electrical and mechanical inspections using precision measurement tools and testing equipment.
- Analyze non-conformity data to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain detailed quality documentation, inspection reports, and audit trails in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering departments to resolve quality discrepancies during the manufacturing cycle.
- Ensure compliance with relevant national and international safety and quality standards (ISO/SNI).
- Conduct regular calibration and maintenance checks on inspection and testing instruments.
- Provide technical guidance to the production team regarding quality standards and manufacturing best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and mechanical assembly processes.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement instruments (e.g., Vernier calipers, micrometers, multimeters, oscilloscopes).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to communicate in English is a plus.
