In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our production standards, ensuring that every precast product we manufacture meets the highest industry benchmarks for structural integrity and quality.
You will work closely with our production and engineering teams to oversee the entire lifecycle of precast componentsāfrom initial material inspection to final handover. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plans for all precast production activities.
- Conduct regular site and factory inspections to verify adherence to design specifications and structural standards.
- Manage technical documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and material testing records.
- Coordinate with internal production teams to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for quality-related issues.
- Lead internal and external audits to maintain compliance with international quality management systems (ISO).
- Monitor raw material quality and verify that all consumables meet engineering requirements before integration.
- Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement across the production floor.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction or precast concrete industry.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and structural inspection techniques.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make evidence-based decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage documentation effectively.
- Strong familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management software tools.
