Are you an analytical professional with a keen eye for detail? AM Sales & Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated QC Engineer to join our team in Kota Damansara. We are a leading distributor specializing in high-performance pneumatic and electrical power tools, abrasives, industrial tapes, adhesives, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
In this role, you will be the guardian of our product quality standards. You will ensure that our diverse range of industrial equipment meets the highest safety and performance benchmarks before reaching our clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous inspections and quality assessments of incoming pneumatic and electrical power tools.
- Develop and implement standardized QC procedures for abrasives, adhesives, and PPE product categories.
- Document quality test results and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Investigate product defects or customer quality complaints and coordinate with suppliers for effective resolutions.
- Perform regular audits of inventory to ensure products are stored under optimal conditions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide technical insights regarding product performance and quality reliability.
- Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on proper product handling and inspection protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance, preferably within the industrial tools or hardware industry.
- Proficiency in utilizing measuring instruments and diagnostic tools for power equipment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical failures.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia for documentation and supplier communication.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ISO quality management systems is highly desirable.
