Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and detailed inspections on precision optical components using microscopes, gauges, and automated measuring systems.
- Identify, document, and communicate product defects or deviations from engineering specifications to the production team.
- Monitor and maintain quality control logs, ensuring all documentation complies with ISO 9001 and company standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct incoming and outgoing material inspections to prevent substandard products from reaching customers.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment to ensure measurement accuracy.
- Lead or participate in quality improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and process optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Optical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably within the optics, photonics, or precision manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and measurement principles.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to detect microscopic defects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
