Are you a detail-oriented professional passionate about food safety and quality assurance? Apollo Food Industries is seeking a dedicated QC Executive to join our team in Johor. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our product integrity, ensuring that every item leaving our production line adheres to the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
As our QC Executive, you will play a hands-on role in implementing and maintaining our Food Safety Management System (FSMS). You will collaborate closely with production teams to identify process improvements, conduct regular audits, and champion a culture of quality excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and monitor day-to-day quality control activities across the production floor.
- Ensure full compliance with Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), HACCP, and GMP standards.
- Conduct systematic inspection of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Lead root cause analysis for any quality deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit readiness and regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with production personnel to uphold hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Perform regular calibration of testing equipment and laboratory instruments.
- Assist in the development and training of staff on food safety policies and quality standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within the food manufacturing industry.
- In-depth understanding of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, or Halal certification requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and identifying non-conformities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with quality reporting tools.
- Ability to work on shifts if required by production schedules.
- A proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and food safety excellence.
