We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Executive to join our dynamic team at Agro Snow Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang, Johor. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining our high standards of food safety, product quality, and operational excellence.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily quality assurance and quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international food safety standards (such as HACCP, GMP, and Halal), and driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate has a strong background in food science, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and non-routine quality inspections, sampling, and laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Monitor, audit, and enforce compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and Halal standards across all production lines.
- Identify, investigate, and document quality issues or deviations; recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate quality records, test reports, and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory testing equipment to ensure precise and reliable measurement results.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to resolve quality concerns and ensure seamless process workflows.
- Assist in conducting internal audits and facilitating external audits by regulatory bodies or customers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA), preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety management systems, including HACCP, GMP, and Halal certification processes.
- Experience with laboratory testing methods, chemical analysis, and microbiological testing procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with high attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
