Join Resintech Plastics as a QC Executive and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our product excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Perform dimensional checks and functional tests using precision measurement tools
- Document quality control results and maintain accurate inspection records
- Identify non-conforming products and initiate corrective action procedures
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry-specific regulations
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance quality efficiency
- Train junior staff on quality control protocols and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems
- Proficiency in using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Certification in Six Sigma or quality control is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
