- Oversee daily hub operations to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery
- Manage customer service inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Supervise facility maintenance, safety protocols, and resource allocation
- Handle financial management including budget tracking and expense reconciliation
- Coordinate admissions processes and maintain accurate documentation
- Implement quality assurance measures across all hub activities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in operations or customer service management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
- Knowledge of educational operations is highly advantageous
- Certification in facility management or customer service preferred
