Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting thorough inspections of raw materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Utilizing precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product dimensions accurately.
- Documenting inspection results and reporting any deviations or defects immediately to the production supervisor.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inspection logs, quality records, and non-conformance reports.
- Identifying potential process improvements to reduce waste, minimize rework, and enhance overall product quality.
- Adhering strictly to all safety protocols, quality assurance procedures, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or relevant technical certification (ITI/NITEC) is preferred.
- Previous experience in quality control, manufacturing inspection, or logistics is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) and inspection methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot minor imperfections quickly.
- Good communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict production deadlines.
